SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 6 –
Ricardo Velasquez, a paraplegic, sued Falcon Travel Corp at 571 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx under the Americans With Disabilities Act.
The claim is for $1,000 in compensatory damages — and punitive damages under New York’s administrative code.
On March 4, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Lewis J. Liman, held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered. The parties’ joint case management plan says all discoveries must be completed by September 15.
Judge Liman added a post-discovery conference on September 22 at 10 a.m.
The case is Velasquez v. Falcon Travel Corp. et al., 21-cv-9150 (Liman)
