In Puerto Rico, Parisi recommends touring the island — as every region is unique — including the west coast, which offers a variety of seafood restaurants, beaches and surfing. If you’re looking for nightlife, Parisi recommends a trip to Cancun.

According to Parisi, the Dominican Republic is the Caribbean country he recommends the most to his clients. It directs people to the beaches of La Romana or Bayahibe. La Romana is quiet compared to other tourist destinations in the country, he said.

Parisi said he had never been to Brazil. Although he thinks it’s a fun place to visit, some of his customers have told him that at the time of Rio Carnival, security is an issue.
